I found this to be interesting information that applies to all of us. (Plus, being a WordPress article, I didn’t have to figure anything out to share it; so it’s a test. Bear with me, I’m learning.)

I don’t think any of us are going to stop using our smartphones, but it can’t hurt to know some of the tools they use to keep us on them more than we might otherwise be. I hope you take sonething from it. Be well.
