Ghouls and Grinds to host my first Pennsylvania spoken word performance

Pumpkin spice coffee with whipped cream and caramel

Ghouls and Grinds, Hanover Pennsylvania’s first Halloween-themed coffee shop and art cafe, will be opening for business this Saturday, August 31st. Located at 455 Carlisle Street, Ghouls and Grinds is the dream come true for local barista/bartender, and all-around snazzyfab personality, Amber Mitchell.

The shop, which has a small indoor dining area and patio, will feature a different local artist every month as well as year-round art by notable local artists Colby Snyder and Shane Vrankin. The shop will also have a different them each quarter, the first of which will be Harry Potter.

You can find out more about the cafe in this Evening Sun article:

I will be doing my part to support Amber’s efforts, when I have my first ever Pennsylvania spoken word performance. It has only taken me 12 years, but I finally cracked Hanover. That will be on Tuesday, September 10th. The start time for that will be 7:00 PM. Hope you can make it out to support our friend and local business.

Much love, many thanks.
